ブランドについて

1996年に設立されたウィーンを拠点とするブランド「MICHEL MAYER」は、革新的でコンセプチュアル、かつ時代を超越したファッションを体現しています。創設者のミヒャエラ・マヤー＝リーは、長年にわたり人体とデザインの相互作用を探求し、数多くのコレクションやコラボレーションを生み出してきました。彼女のユニークなデザインアプローチは、ファッション、アート、デザインの各分野における国際的なフェスティバル、展覧会、ショーで高い評価を得てきました。自身のコレクションの開発や国際的なブランドとの数多くのコラボレーションに加え、ダンスフェスティバルや演劇のための衣装制作も手掛けています。2021年からは、モニカ・フェラーリ＝クリーガーと共に映画業界向けの衣装制作にも取り組んでいます。

Founded in 1996; the Vienna-based label, MICHEL MAYER, stands for innovative, conceptual, and timeless fashion. Michaela Mayer-Lee, the founder, has been exploring the interaction between the human body and design for many years, resulting in numerous collections and collaborations. Her unique approach to design has been sucessfully showcased in international festivals, exhibitions, and shows in the fields of fashion, art, and design. Aside from developing her own collections and numerous collaborations with international brands, she has created costumes for dance festivals and theater. Since 2021, she has been working on costumes for the film industry together with Monica Ferrari-Krieger.
